BAGGGEL foundation is a platform for all women in tech where they can feel supported in liberating themselves from the stiff clutches of societal bias that has also infiltrated into corporates and feel empowered to scale new heights.
This is an enablement platform, where we can chase our dreams and be greedy for more, can grab what is rightfully ours and share the grains of a more inclusive growth by taking other women along towards a balanced world.
The members have the opportunity to leverage each other's expertise and get access to mentoring with a deep sense of community and sisterhood through focused circles.

We can all be stuck and trapped by our own mind as individual leaders but it’s through leadership network platforms provided by BAGGGEL Foundation that we can achieve greater heights because of the possibility to build and foster relationships with those, who are curious, have growth mind-set and are driven individuals committed to developing self and others. So, while planning, finance, strategy, technology can be perfectly devised and can be an enabler, it’s the team work that stays and wins and Leadership Networks is a powerful tool to enable leaders with it.

For me, The Leaders Network of BAGGGEL Foundation is about the mutual support that we can give to advance one other, to provide wise counsel, to mentor and promote one another. It is an intentional effort to surround myself with people who by their sheer presence elevate my thinking and energy.

To me BAGGGEL foundation is about creating a platform & ensuring trust amongst all the members that allows them to come together. This is about creating sub- communities that they are keen to engage with e.g. women in leadership, mentorship for girls in colleges, financial literacy for women, etc.

Being a part of Baggel is being part of a community of amazing women each of whom have charted their own unique path. Having such an incredible community of mentors, friends and individuals you can look up to is a constant push to evolve myself ,voice out challenges and find ways to face them.
